Ignacio Wallis 21 4º and Tax ID (CIF) A07711948, registered in the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Folio 111 of Volume 1,220 of the Archive, Companies Section, Sheet number PM-19.104, manages the following establishments of the azuLine Hotels chain: azuLine Hotel Pacific (H-PM-1792), azuLine Hotel Llevant (H-PM-1969), azuLine Hotel Bergantín (H-PM-1907), azuLine Hotel Mar Amantis I & II (H-PM-1183 and H-PM-2588), azuLine Hotel S´Anfora & Fleming (H-PM-1908 and H-PM-801), azuLine Apartments Can Sanso (A-PM-1713), azuLine Hotel Bahamas (H-1764), azuLine Hotel M (2025040382), azuLine Hostal Marino (H-PM-2364), azuLine Hotel Palmanova Garden (HA-2975), azuLine Hotel Mediterraneo (H-PM-1906) and azuLine Hotel Bahamas II (H-1604).
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The company responsible for the processing of the data is the one described above.
A) We process the data provided by USERS through the website's booking engine for the purpose of managing their stay at our establishments so that we can offer you a better service. We also inform you that your email address will be processed for the purpose of managing communications relating to your booking at our establishment, which include a reminder email prior to your arrival, a thank-you email after your stay and an email inviting you to complete a satisfaction survey.
B) azuLine Hotels informs the user of the purposes for which it will use the personal data collected on this website if the user authorises it to send the Newsletter. The purpose of this processing is to send electronic bulletins, newsletters, advertising and commercial prospecting related to azuLine Hotels, Golf Ibiza by azuLine Hotels and companies associated with the azuLine Hotels group by email, telemarketing or mailing. To legitimise this use we need your express consent as the data subject. If you tick the box indicating that you wish to receive commercial information on the terms set out above, you likewise expressly consent to the data provided being transferred solely to the booking engine NEOBOOKINGS, S.L. in order to process them and manage the sending of commercial communications about its products and services, or to other third parties where legally required.
C) If you apply for a job through our Job Board, the purpose of the processing is to take part in the personnel selection processes carried out by us. With this application, azuLine Hotels requests your consent to process your data in order to analyse your profile with the purpose of evaluating certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects relating to that person's professional performance, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING.
As stipulated in Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection, the processing of the data we collect through this website is legitimised on the following grounds:
- The data subject gives consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

For this reason, azuLine Hotels undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that inaccurate data are erased or rectified without delay. azuLine Hotels informs you that your data will be disclosed, where necessary, to all those entities with which communication is necessary in order to fulfil the stated purpose.
8. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
The azulinehotels website is governed by Spanish law. Therefore, any dispute that may arise with users regarding the conditions of use and any other claim relating to the contents and services of the website shall be settled by the judges and courts of Ibiza and shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, the parties expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them.
