Your holidays, our joy

This summer has been too fast for me, hardly knowing how and it’s already October, I think it’s because I’ve been having a good time and, you know, when times are good you don’t realise that time passes.

I wanted to thank you again,on behalf of the whole azuLine team, of all the hotels both in Ibiza and Mallorca, for choosing azuLine to spend your holidays. For another yearyou’ve filled our walls with positive energy, you’ve enjoyed your holidays and you’ve shared your memories with us.

Each year I learn new things from our guests, whatever their age, whether they come alone or accompanied, with friends, partner or family, children included. This year I’ve learnt that a positive attitude is what makes you enjoy a good holiday, and it’s the children that have taught me that, they always have a positive attitude and they are, undoubtedly, the ones who most enjoy themselves in our hotels.

I loved seeing how you arrived the first day, exhausted, with a frown, wanting nothing but sun, beach, pool, food and rest and seeing how as the days passed that great smile that we all have inside had come back to your faces, relaxed, disconnected from your routines, problems or stress, seeing how you went back to your homes with a totally relaxed face, healthier, with much better colour and, yes, so much more handsome and prettier.

The youngest of you have been been fascinated by the animation games, loved to meet Ollie, or those who already knew him have been able to see him again and sing and dance his song.

The rest of you have enjoyed the performances in the family hotels and the live music with our team of DJs and music at the pool, at the bar, in the gardens and chill-outs and everywhere you can think of.

Thanks for the patience you’ve had and for understanding that being so many of you visiting in July and August you may have had to wait sometimes or you may have found some detail not to your liking. We learn many things after your visits every year, the most important: to improve a bit more next year and wait for you with open doors.

A thousand thanks for all your positive comments on us on the opinion pages and social networks. For giving us so many stars and the highest rankings. For telling the world that you have holidayed with us and for sharing your photos online.

Millions of thanks for making us happy one more, for those of you who have been staying in our hotels for years and for those who have come for the first time, thanks because your friendliness, your enjoyment and your atmosphere allows us to proudly say out loud that our customers are happy customers.
