What to do in Ibiza: Watch a sunset

Magic sunsets

One of the things that surprises me a lot is that every single person that stays at the the hotel falls in love with Ibiza sunsets. Where they are at dusk doesn’t seem to matter, at the beach, on a cliff, in a village or by the hotel’s pool, the island seems to lavish such beautiful skies that saying goodbye to the sun until the next day becomes a very special moment for everybody.

Many and varied sunsets can be enjoyed in the island, secretive, adventurous, typical, romantic, quiet, festive… And they are all special. I’ve seen pictures of many of them and even in the same place they are always different, each and every one of them has a special colour.

Some sunsets in the West and North of Ibiza that are worth enjoying:

Es Vedrà viewpoint: The mythical vantage point near Cala d’Hort with spectacular views to Es Vedrà, the tower of Es Savinar and Formentera.

Cala Conta: An open cove with crystalline turquoise waters to pass the whole day or to simply enjoy the sunset.

Benirràs: On Sundays you can enjoy the drum festival where hundreds of people get together to watch the sunset to the rhythm of the music.

And whether you stay in our hotels or not you can’t miss the sunsets from the Restaurant Sa Flama or the beaches near our hotels is San Antonio and San Antonio Bay.
