Travelling to Ibiza with children offers many possibilities.

Ibiza has a lot more to offer than partying so it’s important to take out of your head the image that this island is a holiday destination only apt for young people who want to party. Club areas are very defined and they occupy minimal space so you don’t have to worry that you’re going find yourself partying with your children.

There are many options for enjoying a holiday in Ibiza with children, our family hotels in San Antonio and Es Canar have an extensive program of activities for young and old, so all of you can have a great time in the hotel. From the moment you wake up until you close your eyes at night you can play sports, dance, sing, paint, enjoy the mini club, watch performances, play games, participate in competitions, dress up, take funny pictures at the pool or the hotel, and a million other things.

Beaches

Near our hotels you’ll have the chance to enjoy beautiful beaches, very convenient for not having to take any transport. For the more adventurous, there are spectacular coves and beaches all around the island.

Villages

Besides walking around the walled city of Ibiza (Dalt Vila) which you will love, the island has a few charming villages to visit, live and enjoy. Some smaller than others where you can admire the typical architecture and the calm you find in them.

Hippy markets

Hippies, Ibiza and markets go hand in hand, and you can visit them all because you’ll several going on every day in different parts of the island. The oldest and largest is the Punta Arabi Hippy Market, where every Wednesday since 1973 artisans, merchants, musicians and artists meet up, it’s great to spend a very nice day and also take some souvenirs back home. It’s ideal to go with children as it has a fascinating children’s area and both children and parents will have a great time.

Formentera

Spending a day on the neighboring island is highly recommended, her crystal clear waters, blue and turquoise colours and white sand have little to envy to the Caribbean beaches. You can take a boat in the morning and return at night. Different companies take you from various points on the island and once there you have the option to get around on bus, but if you want to tour the island it’s better to rent a vehicle.

Sunsets

You can’t have a summer in Ibiza without admiring a beautiful sunset, ask at our hotels which are the most beautiful and don’t miss seeing at least one.
