Holidays in Santa Eulalia

Santa Eulalia, located to the east of the island of Ibiza

The best thing about the holidays is getting to see new places and enjoying them.

Today I am going to talk about the area of Santa Eulalia, located to the east of the island of Ibiza, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises that will surprise you with their colours, giving birth to a new day.

Santa Eulalia is the largest town of the municipality of the same name and it is surrounded by beautiful places like Es Canar and San Carlos, one of the most charming villages where a typical plan is to have a drink in the Bar Anita, maybe one of the oldest ones of the island.

On Wednesdays, a good plan is to visit the oldest market of Ibiza, the Hippy Market of Es Canar, held in Club Punta Arabi.

The most recommendable beaches in the area are very close to our hotels. If you stay at the Hotel Atlantic or the Coral Beach Hotel (family hotels), a beautiful beach which is within walking distance is Cala Nova in Es Canar. If you stay at the Hotel Mediterraneo you can take a walk to the beach of Santa Eulalia. If you do so at the Punta Arabi Club you can enjoy its pool with superb sea views and a young and relaxed atmosphere.

If you have a car available you must not miss the beach Aguas Blancas famous for its mudbaths or Cala San Vicente with iconic turquoise waters and, nearby, Cala Boix, the only cove of black sand of the island or Pou des Lleó surrounded by cliffs of red earth.

Santa Eulalia is a quiet and family-friendly area. Enjoy yourself!
