azuLine Hotels veut récompenser les clients fidèles avec le programme azuLine club qui vous offre des avantages exclusifs.
La carte azuLine Club est complètement gratuite, personnelle et intransférable: Vous pouvez la solliciter à partir du 18 ans à condition que vous ayez été logé au minimum une fois dans un de nos hôtels. Une carte par famille est suffisante. Demandez à la réception pour votre inscription dans le programme.
Le titulaire de la carte et sa famille auront les avantages suivants :
• Une réduction de 10% dans notre restaurant Sa Flama et dans la pâtisserie de l’hôtel Mar Amantis.
• Une réduction dans le Restaurant Grill Punta Arabi du marché hippy à Es Canar. Tout les mercredis.
• La possibilité de garder la chambre après 12.00 à condition qu il y ait des chambres disponibles dans l’hôtel.
• Checking express. Installer vous d’abord dans votre chambre et realisez votre enregistrement plus tard.
• La télécommande sans nécessité de payer une caution.
• L’usage gratuite des serviettes de plages pendant votre séjour (nous demandons une caution qui vous sera remboursée quand vous rendrait les serviettes)
• Une réduction de 10% sur les repas, snacks et consommations que vous réalisez dans les bars incluants les bars de la piscine.
• Une session de sauna gratuite valable pour les hôtel azuLine Bergantin et azuLine hotel Atlantic.
• Des offres exclusives.
Pour obtenir ces réductions, le titulaire doit présenter sa carte avec les bons de réduction à la réception de l’hôtel.
Toutes les conditions mentionnées peuvent être modifiées sans préavis.
azuLine hotels se réserve le droit d’annuler la carte azuLine Club sans préavis.
GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
1.- The azuLine Hotels Program and card are property of TOJUACA IBIZA S.A Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4º Ibiza .
2.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A must be informed in writing by the cardholder of any changes in the cardholder’s name, address or number of identification document (passport or national identity card) and the date of issue thereof at the main offices, in Ibiza at azuLine Hotels, Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4 º or p.vaquerizo@azulinehotels.com TOJUACA IBIZA S.A shall not be held liable for any malfunction or damage caused to guests that arises from non-compliance with the provisions of this paragraph.
3.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A reserves the right to discontinue cards and guest accounts if it deems it has sufficient reasons for doing so.
4.- The azuLine Hotels Program application form implies participants’ express authorisation for their personal data to be provided to azuLine Hotels group companies and its franchised establishments exclusively for advertising purposes. All information requested must be provided. Participants have the right to access the files where their data is stored and may exercise the right to rectification, cancellation and opposition contained in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Protection of Personal Data, as well as the right to revoke their consent for the transfer and processing of their personal data. Participants wishing to exercise the aforementioned rights must give notice thereof, in writing, to the head of the department of personal data at the following address: TOJUACA IBIZA S.A, Azulinehotels, Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4º Ibiza pr p.vaquerizo@azulinehotels.com
5.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A reserves the right to cancel or modify, totally or partially, with or without prior notice, the conditions of the azuLine Hotels Program, and service agreements with partners at destinations and the clauses contained at www.azulinehotels.com shall be considered to be in effect, superseding any previous conditions. TOJUACA IBIZA S.A. is not liable for any damages or prejudicial consequences caused by the cancellation or modification of the azuLine Hotels Program.
6.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A. and companies belonging to azuLine Hotels Group decline any liability arising from the inability, for any reason whatsoever, including force majeur and acts of God, to fully comply with the provisions mentioned above that incorporate the rules of the azuLine Hotels Program. Under no circumstances shall they be held liable for damages and prejudicial consequences arising from the compliance or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions contained in the azuLine Hotels Program rules.
7.- azuLine Hotels Program terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be brought before the Courts of Ibiza.
8.- The cardholder may withdraw consent to receive promotional communications at any time by simply contacting the sender, via email at: marketing@azulinehotels.com or info@azulinehotels.com
