How can I book a hotel?

The azuLine Hotels website offers four different ways of booking:

From our homepage select your check in and check out dates and click in confirm. Our system will conect you to our engine reservation to complete your booking information.

From our facebook page under the Booking section.

How can I confirm my booking?

Once you have selected the hotel, check-in and check-out date a new screen will open where you can enter the number of nights and people and the type of room and board. It will open a new screen showing availability and prices and the special offers if any. In the case of no availability you can either consult our table availability or send an e-mail to the hotel. After confirming your booking enter your personal details and click on continue. If you choose the option to book your room you must accept the reservation conditions by clicking on the box. You need to click on the book buttom and will be conducted to our secure system payment. Once the payment has gone through you will receive an authomatic mail with your booking reference.

If you have contacted our Booking department by phone you will need to provide us with a credit card number so we can charge the first night deposit or total amount of your booking. One the payment has gone through our booking department will send you an email with your booking reference.

How can I modify a booking?

If you want to modify a reservation before completing it you can do it during the booking process. Once selected the hotel with the dates and rates, you will see a record of your booking. If you want to change some of the information before completing the booking you can do it by pressing the new consultation buttom.

If you want to modify a confirmed reservation you need to contact our booking department by phone or by mail e-commerce@azulinehotels.com. Please note you need to provide the booking reference and hotel name.

How can I cancel a booking?

To cancel a booking that has already been made you need to get in contact our booking department. Pkease note that cancelations might have a cost:

Free of charge if cancelled 7 days before the stated arrival date for arrivals in July or August and 2 days for arrivals any other months. 
One night charge if this communicated after that period.

No show

In case of no show the first night deposit will be charged as cancelation fee.

Unless cancellation had been made according to our cancelation policy, in case of no show at the hotel before 18:00 pm (hotel local time) on the day of arrival, the reservation will be canceled entirely automatically and we will charge the amount of the first night's as penalty.

Remenber that if you cancel a booking less than 24 hours from your check in date or you fail to check-in on the arrival date you will be charged for one night´s room rate and for the cancellation booking rate.

 

What payment cards are accepted?

In azuLine Hotels.com you can use both Visa and Mastercard credit cards. It is necessary full data card to confirm your room booking. The security number that we ask you for in the purchasing process is usually located at the back of your card.

How will be the amount charged on my credit card?

When making your on-line booking you will be offered two methods of payment: Full payment of the total amount of the booking. Payment of one night´s room rate. The rest will be paid at your arrival at the hotel during your check-in time.

For security reasons, the hotel might ask for the credit card used to make this reservation to be showed at the check in.

If the cardholder name is different to the guest or the cardholder is not travelling, an authorization from the card holder will be required. To obtain the authorization form, please contact the hotel directly in the email e-commerce@azulinehotel.com. In the event that the guest arrives at the hotel without the card used for this reservation or authorization from the cardholder, the hotel may cancel this reservation without this being a reason for any compensation or complaint to the hotel. 

How can I pay my booking at the hotel?

In azuLine Hotels we accept cash and debit and credit cards.

What is included in the rate?

The room rates on our website are per person and per night taxes included.

How can I send my CV?

Once you have clicked on "Jobs" you can easily send us your CV to the following mail address: rrhh@azulinehotels.com.

How do I know if I have been selected?

In case of acceptance of your application, our Human Resources Department will directly contact you as soon as possible.

How can I be sure my personal information is secure?

For online reservations the information used is stored following a strict security protocol.
