Die azuLine Club Kundenkarte ist kostenlos, persöhnlich und nicht übertragber. Jeder Erwachsene ab 18 Jahren der mindestens einmal Gast in einem unserer Hotels war kann die Karte beantragen. Eine Karte pro Familie ist ausreichend, um alle Vorteile geniessen zu können. Bitte fragen Sie an der Rezeption nach dem Programm.
Der Karteninhaber und seine Familie geniessen Folgende Extras:
• 10 % Nachlass im Beachrestaurant “Sa Flama” und in der Bäckerei des Mar Amantis.
• Jeden Mittwoch Sonderpreise im Grill Restaurant Punta Arabí beim Hippy Markt in Es Canar.
• Late Check out nach 12.00 Uhr (nach Möglichkeit)
• Express Check in. Beziehen Sie in aller Ruhe Ihr Zimmer und erledigen sie den Check in spáter in aller Ruhe.

Um in den Genuss der der Rabatte zu kommen muss der Karteninhaber Seine Karte zusammen mit den ausgehändigten Bonusheften vorzeigen.
Diese Reglen können bei Bedarf und ohne vorherige Mitteilung ersetzt, modifiziert oder gelöscht werden.
azuLine Hotels behält isch das Recht vor die Karte ohne Angabe von Gründen oder vorherige Mitteilung zu anullieren oder zurück zu ziehen. Die Karte ist Eigentum von azuLine Hotels.
GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
1.- The azuLine Hotels Program and card are property of TOJUACA IBIZA S.A Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4º Ibiza .
2.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A must be informed in writing by the cardholder of any changes in the cardholder’s name, address or number of identification document (passport or national identity card) and the date of issue thereof at the main offices, in Ibiza at azuLine Hotels, Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4 º or p.vaquerizo@azulinehotels.com TOJUACA IBIZA S.A shall not be held liable for any malfunction or damage caused to guests that arises from non-compliance with the provisions of this paragraph.
3.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A reserves the right to discontinue cards and guest accounts if it deems it has sufficient reasons for doing so.
4.- The azuLine Hotels Program application form implies participants’ express authorisation for their personal data to be provided to azuLine Hotels group companies and its franchised establishments exclusively for advertising purposes. All information requested must be provided. Participants have the right to access the files where their data is stored and may exercise the right to rectification, cancellation and opposition contained in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Protection of Personal Data, as well as the right to revoke their consent for the transfer and processing of their personal data. Participants wishing to exercise the aforementioned rights must give notice thereof, in writing, to the head of the department of personal data at the following address: TOJUACA IBIZA S.A, Azulinehotels, Avda Ignacio Wallis 21 4º Ibiza pr p.vaquerizo@azulinehotels.com
5.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A reserves the right to cancel or modify, totally or partially, with or without prior notice, the conditions of the azuLine Hotels Program, and service agreements with partners at destinations and the clauses contained at www.azulinehotels.com shall be considered to be in effect, superseding any previous conditions. TOJUACA IBIZA S.A. is not liable for any damages or prejudicial consequences caused by the cancellation or modification of the azuLine Hotels Program.
6.- TOJUACA IBIZA S.A. and companies belonging to azuLine Hotels Group decline any liability arising from the inability, for any reason whatsoever, including force majeur and acts of God, to fully comply with the provisions mentioned above that incorporate the rules of the azuLine Hotels Program. Under no circumstances shall they be held liable for damages and prejudicial consequences arising from the compliance or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions contained in the azuLine Hotels Program rules.
7.- azuLine Hotels Program terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be brought before the Courts of Ibiza.
8.- The cardholder may withdraw consent to receive promotional communications at any time by simply contacting the sender, via email at: marketing@azulinehotels.com or info@azulinehotels.com
